Kill Hatsumomo Bear Claw Poster

Another fun Quenchers show with a huge crowd. They were lining up out front! Noteworthy moment: Tony losing a stick into the crowd and hitting a spectator square in the face.

Cal's Liquors w/ Blackout Dates, The Heavy Bombers

Yet another rocking time was had. This time it was down in the Loop at Cal's Liquors with The Heavy Bombers and Blackout Dates! Posters photos and a video of Blackout Dates all documented for your future Nonagon fan-fiction inspiration. Read more…

Quenchers w/ Future Ghosts and Waxeater

Poster by Robert GomezThis was one of our best shows yet. The opening bands were good and we were playing, surprisingly, to a rather packed house. We love playing Quenchers. We also performed a cover of P.J. Harvey's "Dress" with minimal f-ups. Read more…

The Beat Kitchen w/ Self-Evident...

We played the Beat Kitchen with Phantom Works (hard, art-rocking, minimalist Chicagoans), Self-Evident (Minneapolitan purveyors of complex guitarcrobatics… SO good!), and Scotia Widows (energetic Chicagoans boasting the algebraic formula: X + All = SW [maybe?]). Lots of photos to look at. Read more…

Quenchers w/ The Poles

in

This was our first time playing at Quenchers. A fine venue with good beer and tater-tot pizza. All the bands were great and 'twas a good time for all!

The Thrilla in Lake Villa

This was a really odd show. Two of the four bands didn't even bother to show up (Punk'n and The Oliver Twists in case you are wondering). The place was a really nice all ages hang out, but all the kids just stayed in the parking lot while the music and a screening of the film Puppy went on inside.

The Frequency

This was day #2 of our whirlwind tour of Wisconsin. A great show that featured a virtual drummer, via DVD, for Butte and guest vocal from I, Crime on one of our songs. Read more…

John's 40th Birthday Bash

John was the driving force behind getting this show together. Chrsty brought a yummy cake with a frosting design by Jay. Read more…

The Borg Ward

in

This was the first night of our Wisconsin micro-tour. The Borg Ward is an old funeral home that has been converted into a art gallery (gallery show #3 for us!) and studio spaces.
